So here's the situation. I've been offered a position in Toronto, starting half-way through May. Nothing has been made official yet, so I can't tell you what it is, but I will say that it is perfect for me in every way. With this new development, my summer plans have to be altered:
I will NOT be pursuing the Summer Company grant (it turns out they don't support internet-based businesses, anyway).
I WILL be setting up my shop on ArtFire soon, and sewing as much as possible to keep it stocked.
I will NOT limit the scope of this blog to sewing and business any longer, if other topics strike me as worthwhile.
I WILL continue to write.
My blog description calls me a "young artist cast away in the wilds of the business world." Now I'll be a country girl adrift in the big city, too.
Well, take a deep breath, Erin. Here we go.
