Twilight Tree: finding new homes for crafting orphans since 2011

For the past week, most of my attention has still been given to school and to the business application (submitted!), but I have managed to do some sewing, and I thought I should give you a taste.

This shirt was orphaned in a friend's craft project that didn't work out, and came to me in pieces. I loved the stripes, and was only too happy to take it in...
And take it in.
Some careful cutting, some experimental sewing, and a whole lot of head scratching followed while I tried to figure out how to cope with such a wide neck.
Finally, the "aha" moment came:
I'm rather sad that I have to sell, it actually. I DO love those stripes...
